The aSource Global Resource Management Team has the experience of working with organisations in the provision of business and technical consultants, providing contractors interim and permanent hires. We work with organisations at all stages of the business life cycle strategy and planning, change (transformation), steady state (BAU) through to ongoing operational improvements. We have the experience of working with organisations internally and externally and understand the complexity it requires to deliver in these environments.
The Team deliver and assist major organisations globally in the provision of business and technical consultants on internal and external programs and projects in IT business change, transformation and other program related areas.
The Team are working with organisations in Banking, Insurance, Professional Services, Consulting, Financial Services, ICT, Telecoms and Utilities and Government.
Whilst our Head office is in the UK we operate on a global basis and have experience of working and delivering in EMEA US Asia and the Middle East. We understand when working overseas customers like to source the local markets we can blend this approach whilst also looking at overseas nationals who are skill set fit for purpose.
In Today’s market place organisations require a blend of skill requirements at various stages of the business life cycle. This can involve the need to acquire short term skills internally or externally on client projects. Common across many of our client experiences, irrespective of the industry and the details and scale of the engagement, are the facts that clients face multiple challenges when embarking on any program of change (large or small).
These requirements can be challenging to handle, finding the right contractor or consultant or permanent individual can be a challenging if not somewhat frustrating process.
During this process time may be of the essence, cost restrictions tight skill demand high client expectations to be met. The team has extensive experience in working with clients and their partners to develop solutions for their flexible resourcing needs. These save clients time and effort, reduce costs and improve successful placement of resources into the business.
- The Hybrid Model
The Team have the experience of delivering to organisations that deliver niche domestic consulting engagements through to large complex global implementations be it a technical or business related program. We provide the capability to tap into technical and business resource that is not available in house within the business or offshore giving the organisation an expanded bench of skills that can be mobilised on client engagements within a short timescale.
The Team have proven experience of delivering these services and are currently the major provider of contract / consultant resource to a number of Global Business and IT Consulting and Outsourcing organisations. We are also a valued supplier to major blue chip organisations in fulfilling Business and IT projects. Once the resource is engaged we fully administer the back office process of engaging the contractor completing referencing then pay rolling the contractor for the duration of the contract.
