Utilising his extensive experience he has developed methodologies to; Identify, assess, measure and mitigate process, project, information and human resource risk and business continuity and resilience assurance and personnel and property protection. Respond to regulatory requirements including identification and development of stress tests and plausible scenarios. Develop interrelated organisation-specific risk and control self assessment methods and rules of use, key risk indicators, key performance indicators and key controls indicators.

Resilience & Continuity Specialist in the delivery of resilient business processes and technology,
and assurance of business continuity. Has developed own methodology for achieving such resilience and continuity.

Over thirty years experience as a programme and project manager. Utilising a number of methodologies. Almost all projects have required change programmes, project risk assessment and mitigation.

Norman has designed comprehensive, cohesive technical counter surveillance framework for today’s corporate technology and networks. Developed the functionality of a corporate intelligence centre. Undertaken corporate internal investigations and due diligence studies. Taught a semester on corporate investigation methods at University of London

He is an experienced trainer and educator, developing early management components of
& Training for the Royal Holloway, University of London Information Security diploma and then MSc courses. Developed a Risk Management diploma course for the International University of Guadalajara (Mexico). Mentored two CEOs and several risk managers. Accredited as a trainer for Institute of Risk Management courses. Developed and delivered a number of internal corporate training and risk awareness courses.
